The hotel had a great location near a vaporetto stop. it made travel easy. the staff were helpful. They offered good service. the breakfast was tasty each morning.

The room was small. I felt a bit cramped. the ac started making clicking sounds, it woke me up. the tv was too small, i struggled to see it properly.

The hotel location was SUPER near the Vaporetto stop. It made getting to the hotel SO easy. My room featured a comfortable bed with GREAT shower. Breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries.

The air conditioning system was not TOO reliable.

Nice Stay, A True Gem

central location friendly staff glamorous room

The location was superb, only steps from the Grand Canal and the ferry service. I found the breakfast in the courtyard magically enjoyable. The hotel staff greeted me with warmth. David at reception was particularly helpful. Our glamorous room provided comfort .

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings

inconsistent air conditioning excessive bed firmness

The air conditioning was inconsistent. It switched off without warning, causing discomfort during the night. There was also a disturbing leak from the ceiling. This occurred late at night. The bed felt excessively firm which affected sleep quality.
